My fitness goals are plain and simple:

:: Break a sweat
:: Maximize my workouts
:: Build muscle

:: Have the confidence I deserve!

My workouts vary from kettlebell circuits, squats, hip hop dance class, dumbbell fun and group fitness.

Focus T25 and a 10k race are my upcoming fitness challenges.
