I don't feel like you've been a bad example, you've been real. And that's okay. In fact, it's better than okay! I go by the 90% rule. Something along the lines of if 90% of your choices are good/solid/healthy then it's okay for 10% to be cinnabon delights and other yummy things and/or needed rest days.
